Net Neutrality Being Attacked Once More

Last week the Federal Communications Commission Chairman, Ajit Pai, released a plan to roll back Obama-era rules that ensure equal access to the internet.  With these new rules in place, ISP's (Internet Service Providers) will charge more for various speeds and charge more for wider access to websites.  I personally don't want Net Neutrality to disappear, it will cause an uproar in the United States.  If this happens the internet, it wouldn't be a public utility anymore, just something that the rich can use which is unfair.
